Principal York are looking for a Telephone Operator, as our Telephone Operator your role will be to ensure that you provide a courteous and friendly service to all guests.

The Telephone Operator will manage the Telephone line on a day to day basis, providing a warm and intuitive service over the phone to both internal and external calls. Telephone Operator’s will be the go to person for all guest requests and hotel knowledge, acting as a hub for the daily hotel operation.
