Your day to day
WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING? Outgoing and flexible by nature and love to provide a service that is ‘ridiculously personal’, which means you will feel perfectly at home in this team. Regarding the role, it’s as the job title says really, you will be serving our guests their food and drink, providing them with the most unique dining experience in the area. They will tell their friends about how great the food was and that special Server that was friendly, helpful and really efficient. It’s a physical role and you will be on your feet most of the time, days and nights, so fitness will be key for you, although reasonable adjustments will be made where we can. There’s a lot of people around in the hotel, so you will need to be able communicate well with everyone. In addition, you'll need to be exceptionally well versed on the menu, both culinary and beverage, assist polish glassware and chinawares when requested, maintain a top level of cleanliness in our hotel and restaurants, set tables, res-set linens, follow Standard Operational Sequences, and maintain excellent grooming standards at all times.
