Principal Manchester are looking for a Restaurant Runner to join our Refuge family.

Built as the headquarters for the Refuge Assurance Company in 1895 and extended in 1912, The Principal Manchester has recently completed major renovations, which put The Principal Manchester centre-stage in our "urban lifestyle" hotel brand, including a destination restaurant and bar ‘Refuge’.

We're looking for a Restaurant Runner to join our Bar and Restaurant Family, helping support the seamless running of the Restaurant/

You’ll have previous experience working as a Waiter or Restaurant Runner and will thrive working within a team to deliver excellent guest service. The pace is fast and the standards are high, but if you are passionate and a quick learner, it could be the start of a great career.

Our Restaurant Runner should be passionate, positive and calm. We are looking for an experienced Waiter with food and Beverage knowledge and ability to work in a fast-faced busy Bar Restaurant.
