Your day to day
Join us as a Reservations Agent in Crowne Plaza Bahrain. We are looking for someone who has the passion to work in hospitality and who will always put the guest at the center of everything he/she does. As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact by the guest, hence you have an important role as the hotel ambassador in creating a positive first impression to delight and gain the trust of our guests. You will be responsible in recording and processing all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax, email and other reservations system efficiently and accurately. You are expected to convert inquiries into sales in order to maximize revenue and occupancy.
What we need from you
Good command of English is a must. Arabic language is an advantageDiploma in Hospitality Management or related fieldAt least 1 year experience in same fieldHas the passion in delivering true hospitality
