As Reception Supervisor you’ll work under the guidance of our Front Office Manager, we are looking for a passionate Reception Supervisor to develop out Reception team and ensure guest requests are dealt with in a timely manner and our team delivers an exceptional service.

You will be an enthusiastic individual and will be ready to respond to guest needs; as Reception Supervisor you will be able to provide recommendations to deliver a personalised service,

We are looking for a Reception Supervisor with Passion, Energy and Warmth.

As our Reception Supervisor you should be energetic and have a passion for Guest Satisfaction, you will have been a Receptionist for at least 2 years and are now ready to take on the challenge of people management.

All applicants must be able to work varying shifts including Weekdays, Nights, Weekends and Bank Holidays
