Your day to day

You'll be responsible for being the important link between all Executive Committees or Department Heads and General Manager or Hotel Manager and you have to give full support to the GM/HM so that he can ensure the time as the most important asset and maximize the efficiency of the job. Taking into consideration what actions the PA should take in order for GM/HM to achieve the biggest results in the most efficiency way and gain maximum profit.

The role of PA is to free GM/HM’s time from organizing and administrating tasks so that he/she could spend maximum time on strategic task. You will be responsible of any confidential information in the GM/HM office.

What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years of Personal Assistant experience in a hotel or convention Centre, have an organized nature, with great attention to detail, the ability to work with deadlines and good computer literacy. Communicate and negotiate with other departments
