Your day to day
Holiday Inn Melbourne on Flinders is currently looking for a bright and personable Part Time Guest Service Agent to join our driven team for a period of 9 months to support parental leave coverage in our team. The moment a guest steps in to our hotel, they walk in to a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Service Agent, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every need, you'll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home.
What we need from you
The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel Guest Service Agent role or similar, or possess relevant experience in a customer facing role. You will be flexible to work a 7 day, 24 hour rotating roster and hold a current drivers licence, valid in Victoria. You will have great attention to detail and enjoy working with various computer based programs. You must meet the legal requirements to work unrestricted in Australia.
