Your day to day

Calling all night owls! We are currently looking for a Night Porter to support our tight-knit team on overnight shifts. You’ll be someone who has a passion for guest experience and providing a warm welcome and farewell to our guests. You will be supporting the Night Management team to create a memorable check in and out, assist with queries, will be vigilant with hotel safety and security, as well as demonstrating strong knowledge of the hotel and local area.

In return for your passion and commitment, our night team will provide you with room to grow; offering training and growth within front office processes and procedures as well as career guidance, however you wish to grow.

What we need from you

·  Full working rights
·  RSA Certificate
·  Hotel industry experience is preferred but not essential
·  Positive energy, eye for detail, and passion for delivering great guest experiences
·  Ability to have genuine connections with guests and colleagues
