Your day to day

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Service Agent you’ll be the face of the hotel, you'll also be the brand ambassador and develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Joining our vibrant, professional and results driven team will give you the platform to further develop your leadership skills and build your experience in a five star luxury hotel.   You'll be a motivated, outgoing and genuine person who loves to interact with a variety of people and working as part of a team. You'll ensure sure our guests feel welcome each time they connected to Sydney. 

What we need from you

To be successful in this role you will have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards. You will have excellent knowledge of Sydney and warm articulate communication skills. In your role you will be responsible for acting as a first point of call for guest queries throughout each stay. You will be checking in & out our guests ensuring memorable experience is provided.

You will be able to lead by example by following safe work practices and know how to carry out duties in a quick and efficient manner while using your passion for delivering excellent customer service to provide a memorable guest experience.

We will need you to be flexible – night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job. You will also have unlimited working rights in Australia.
