Your day to day
As Night Auditor, you will beacting as Manager on Duty during the night and support thenight team, which consists of 3 employees. You lead and controlall activities during the night and guarantee the required level ofquality in regards to guest satisfaction, problem handling, member recognition,while performing the end of day tasks. During your night shifts you oversee allhotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. You will leadthe decision-making process when it comes to guest relocation, and be theresponsible for the Fire Life and Safety during the night.
What we need from you
Education:• MEAO / MHS possibly supplemented with practice certificate bookkeeping• Having a BHV and Social Hygiene diploma is necessary, if not it must be obtained Experience:• A minimum of one year experience as night receptionist Other:• Fluent in Dutch and English language verbally and written• Knowledge of a third language is a benefit (preferably French, German or Spanish)• Numeric insight• Good communicative skills• Guest oriented• Can work well in a team• Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel• Experience with Opera would be beneficial
