Kimpton Fitzroy London are looking for Luggage Porter to join our Family.

At Kimpton Fitzroy London, we have stories galore to tell. From the outside, the palatial 19th-century landmark building, which occupies a full block in Bloomsbury, looks the part of grande dame. Luggage Porter’s receive some great IHG perks including:

·  £18,041.48, per annum, (£8.65 per Hour)
·  40 Hour Full time Permanent Contract.

Join us as our Luggage Porter, at the flourishing heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, as a Luggage Porter you will you will be the face of Kimpton Fitzroy London. Often the first person to greet guests on arrival and last person to wish our guests a fond farewell, you will deliver a great guest experience during each interaction whether it is with luggage assistance, or in passing in the lobby. Reporting into concierge, you will work closely with reception to ensure a smooth guest stay that is memorable.

We expect our Luggage Porters to be brand ambassadors for the hotel and create that human touch with both our internal and external guests.

We are looking for a Luggage Porter with Passion, Energy and Warmth.

Our Luggage Porters should be passionate, positive and calm. We are looking for an experienced Luggage Porter with an approachable manner, who will ideally have experience within a Lifestyle property, but most importantly has worked in a customer facing role environment.

All applicants must be able to work varying shifts including 7am-15:30pm, 15:00pm-23:30pm, 10am-18:30pm
