Your day to day

Your role will be to support the Kitchen service during our busy evening dinner service by cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment to high hygienic standards.  Our kitchen works as a tight team where working together is the key to a successful Hotel.

What we need from you

The successful candidate will need to be passionate about food hygiene and looking for a part time job opportunity.   Our stewards must have:

·  experience as a steward in a commercial kitchen
·  great attention to detail
·  able to work within a team environment whilst managing own time and tasks
·  ability to perform the physical tasks of a kitchen steward
·  flexibility to work evening shifts across a 7 day rotating roster
·  Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident or hold a visa eligible to work in Australia.
