Your day to day

We currently offer an exciting career opportunity for an active Kitchen & Laundry Technician. Under the guidance of the Director of Engineering, you will be assisting the Shift Engineer with Kitchen & Laundry equipment maintenance and repairs and to ensure that work is completed to a high standard within your established trade which meets the needs and expectations of your customers. Liaise directly with departments regarding the completion of work orders and prioritize on guest satisfaction. Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.

What we need from you

You'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines
