Your day to day

Join us as Kids Club Agent  and be part of our dynamic Recreation team. For this important role, we’re looking for someone to be responsible for pampering our junior guests by ensuring they enjoy the kids’ activities!

 

As the Kids Club Agent, you will assist guests with inquiries and complaints related to the Kids’ club area; assist and maintain accurate and up to date records of all checklists, daily statistics, logbooks and liability forms. You also have to maintain and supply water in the club area, and maintain a clean and orderly work surrounding. It is important to assist and maintain guest information and notice board, making sure details are accurate, and relevant.

What we need from you

The successful candidate must be motivated and one who understands and can deliver on the expectations of great service from our guests. Candidate must have a certificate or Diploma in teaching/ nursing with a prior one year experience in a hotel or school. Should be creative and can conduct outdoor activities with the kids; well-groomed high standard of personal hygiene, and good proficiency in English language skills.
