The programme enables them to gain experience in the Performance and Operations Support function in one of the biggest hospitality companies in the world.This program is designed to provide hands-on experience working with hotels, tools/systems and with different functional experts. On-the-job learning will be complemented with e-learning via IHG’s Learning and Development modules, as well as mentoring and networking opportunities

Your day to day

Internship period: January 2020 - June 2020

JOB SUMMARY Provide support to the Quality Audit team in running the annual brand service audit program and rolling out tools that help hotels monitor and drive guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Assist in the day-to-day activities for the annual hotel brand service audits: including preparation for the annual auditors training, responding to hotel queries, and data analysis on Quality performance across the region.
·  Be responsible for maintaining the action planning tool that hotels use to analyze Post-Stay Survey feedback and Social Media Reviews.
·  Support the launch of the guest love action planning tool to hotels in unreached markets.
·  Assist with running pilots on Quality model innovations: including training and communications to pilot hotels, reporting results to stakeholders and identifying areas of improvement to the Brand Standards Measurement model.
·  Be a key project team member on assigned Brand Standards Measurement/Brand Experience projects.
What we need from you

EDUCATION

·  Undergraduate in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred. Other specializations are also welcome to apply. Candidates should preferably be in their third year and above of undergraduate studies.

EXPERIENCE

·  Prior internship experience preferred.

·  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to flex style to the needs and level of different audiences.
