Your day to day

As an Instant Service Agent you’ll be the voice of the hotel, you'll also be the brand ambassador and develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will assist our guests with their queries in a warm & welcoming manner.

Joining our vibrant, professional and results driven team will give you the platform to further develop your leadership skills and build your experience in a five star luxury hotel.   You'll be a motivated, outgoing and genuine person who loves to interact with a variety of people and working as part of a team. You'll ensure sure our guests feel welcome each time they connected to Sydney. 

What we need from you

Passionate and who loves to genuinely care about our guests and who can consistently deliver high quality service to our guests you come across over phone. You will be responsible to take all incoming calls from internal and external guests using our internal system to not only transferring calls but also to take room service orders, extra amenity orders, restaurant reservations, and also be capable to handle problems guests may have. You will also need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player in order to achieve common goal with colleagues.
