Your day to day

At the moment we're looking for an Instant Service Agent in the Front Office Department to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team. As an Instant Service Agent , you will act as the central communication point of contact at the hotel by providing and coordinating rapid responses to all guest requests, inquiries and needs; as well as assigning work orders to appropriate department or personnel.

What we need from you

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred. You should have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Has the ability to work independently and is a team player and contributes to ensure the smooth operations of the department. The ideal candidate should be flexible with working hours and can work under pressure. Knowledge of OPERA is an advantage.
