Your day to day
As an Income Auditor, you are responsible for ensuring of the operations of the hotel to the finance policies and relevant accounting standards. You will be responsible for verifying Hotel revenue and highlighting any discrepancies, and suggesting rectifications as required. You will monitor and record all in-house charges and verify compliance to the established policies and procedures. You will ensure that all revenues have been captured, recorded, and posted accurately. You will also monitor and report any suspicious or incorrect postings. You’ll perform spot checks as required for checking any discrepancies· Another daily task will be to verify that all payment methods are accurate and all data has been transferred and posted fully.
What we need from you
The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in hotel; able to work in a multi-cultural team, and have hands-on experience of working in hotel operations; Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Knowledge of Property Management System, and Accounting software; Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in the MS Office applications.
