You will have access to the full IHG suite of online learning materials with content available on hundreds of different subjects.

About the internship

At IHG, we have a 360 0 approach to learning – including essential life-skills that you’ll gain through this experience, which will benefit you throughout your career; such as interviewing skills, team-work and problem-solving.

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to rotate across different departments of the hotel, where you will play a pivotal role within the team with a hands-on approach, to give you some of the fundamental skills required to work in a hotel. This will also be a great opportunity to see what areas of the business you like.

You will be given a mentor or buddy from the start of your placement to ensure that you are supported and set up for success.

When you feel like you have a good understanding of how the hotel operates, we will then work with you to create a new meaningful and impactful project, owned by you, which will make a difference to the hotel. This will give you a fantastic opportunity to have exposure to our senior leaders within the hotel.

Requirements

Eligibility to work in PHILIPPINES . 

Fluent in ENGLISH . An additional language is an added benefit but not essential.

Minimal experience required - finding someone who is passionate and has a willingness to learn is more important to us.

If you have experience in hospitality and/ or are studying a course in hospitality, this is beneficial although not essential.

All applicants must be able to work varying shifts including weekends and bank/public holidays .
