Your day to day
As an Accounting and Purchasing Trainee you’ll support the Accounting and Purchasing department in the daily and monthly tasks in the different areas like Accounts Receivable, Income Auditing and Purchasing. KEY FOCUS POINTS FOR THIS Internshipo Reconcile all daily revenues from the POS and PMS with Accounting Systemo Perform a daily check on all Credit Card and Cash paymentso Sending out debtor invoiceso Monitor and register incoming payments and link them to the correct invoiceso Organize purchase orders and check authorizationso Control all received invoices and register them in the Accounting Systemo Preparing payments to supplierso Assist the Team in month end closure process
What we need from you
YOU DISPLAY THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCES• English fluently verbal and in writing• Dutch is a big plus• Numeric insight• Accurate• Able to set priorities• Good communicative skills• Affinity with automated systems• Hands on mentality
