Your day to day

We are looking for a Part Time Human Resources Administrator to provide support to our Human Resources Manager and join the team at Holiday Inn Auckland Airport. You'll be an integral member of the hotel’s HR team; supporting and providing the operation with day to day HR duties. You’ll be passionate about promoting employee engagement and have an eye for detail.

What we need from you

The successful candidate will be passionate about:

·  Recruitment and New Starter Processes
·  Training Coordination
·  Data Entry and Filing
·  Internal Communication; including social media
·  HR Reporting; including Labour Turnover and Visa Management

Ideally you will also have:

·  1 years Human Resources experience or relevant time in study
·  Computer skills including Microsoft office, and working with various programmes
