Your day to day

The LMS (Learning Management System) Lead will with minimal guidance, act as part of a team to deliver the ‘LMS support Model’ in line with the agreed RACI, and in line with agreed governance framework and SLA’s.

You will follow appropriate SOP’s to positive learner experience.  You will provide administrative support for the LMS to include but not limited to course setups. You will lead the continuous improvement of all areas in process scope for your individual efforts as well as the extended resource team.  

Key responsibilities:

·  Manage team intake queue, engage extended team resources when capacity is exceeded
·  Plans & monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilisation of labour 
·  Review and process learning system support requests and transactions
·  Document and maintain service case status work queue
·  Ensure standard service levels are met for personal and team assignments
·  Perform quality reviews for all extended team activity before finalising items
·  Conduct testing scenarios per guidelines
·  Ensure that all processes meet internal audit standards and work to support any external audit requests
·  Prepare periodic team activity reports
·  Provide improvement recommendations to leadership for team processes
·  Maintain standard operating procedures for the team
·  Assist leadership with developing capacity calculations and developing fee-based models
·  Resolve Tier 3 Learning System user support cases, identifying trends and future opportunities
·  Deliver system reports as requested
·  Support user testing for system releases
What we need from you

Education

·  BachelorsDegree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. 
·  A formal qualification in Human Resources or Project Management would be an advantage.

Experience

·  REQUIRED: 
·  Saba LMS experience
·  3 – 5 years in an LMS support role

·  Demonstrates clear, concise, and succinct communication skills including adapting both verbal and written communication to the needs and level of the user
