Your day to day

As the Hotel Services Assistant Manager you'll assist with food and beverage operations to ensure superior service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience.

 

You will be involved in managing a large volume of weddings and events, by leading the team throughout the shift.

 

You will work alongside the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all F&B outlets, you will help train and develop the team and promote a positive and efficient team culture.

 

What we need from you

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

·  Great attention to detail and time management capability
·  Exceptional teamwork and superior communication skills
·  High standard of personal presentation
·  Ongoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to our guests
·  The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
·  You must have previous experience in a similar role
·  You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country
·  Experience in weddings and corporate events is desirable
