Your day to day
Join us as a Guest Services Agent (Front Office) in Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre . You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can:
· Provide courteous and prompt service;
· Ensure all check-in and checkout are prompt, and guest requirements are met;
· Handle room change and keys with care and ensure that the room keys are issued correctly;
· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as requested by superior or management;
· Liaise between guest and hotel to provide professional and efficient service.
What we need from you
Requirements
· At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
· Excellent communication skills;
· Independent and customer friendly.
