We are now looking for an Guest Service Agent to join our professional and charming Front Office team at InterContinental Sydney.
Your day to day
Joining our vibrant and professional team will give you the platform to further develop your hospitality skills and knowledge and build your experience in a five star luxury hotel. You'll be a motivated, outgoing and genuine person who loves to interact with a variety of people and working as part of a team. You'll ensure sure our guests feel welcome each time they connected to Sydney.
What we need from you
Someone who loves to genuinely care about our guests and who can consistently deliver high quality service to our guests over the phone. You will be responsible to take all incoming calls from internal and external guests using our internal system to not only transferring calls but also to take room service orders, extra amenity orders, restaurant reservations, and also be capable to handle problems guests may have. You will also need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player in order to deliver true hospitality.
