Crowne Plaza Redondo Beach & Marina Hotel - Is just 7 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport or a short drive to Long Beach Airport.  This  Beach-Area Hotel is close to the Headquarters South Bay-Torrance and El Segundo Automotive, Aerospace, Healthcare, Financial and Manufacturing Business.  Southern California's major attractions are within an hours drive.  For mixing work and pleasure, there is no better place!  Our meeting facilities have over 25,000 sq ft of flexible space with an emphasis on service and convenience.  We have 342 Luxury Guest Rooms, our guest enjoy the following amenities: Outdoor Heated Pool and Ocean-View Sun Deck, Complimentary 24-hour Fitness Center, 24-hour Business Center, 24-hour Wellness Station, Self and Valet Parking.  Our newly Harbor Bar + Bistro, our Restaurant 'Sol'.  We have an EXCELLENT TEAM and look forward to your Application!!!

Your day to day

This position will check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; and process all payments according to established procedures. Welcome Guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. Register guests , issue room keys, provide information on hotel service and room location.  Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner. Up-sell Rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.

What we need from you

Qualifications include basic reading and writing plus 2+years’ experience as a Front Desk Agent/Customer Sservice:  May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
