Your day to day
Join us as a Front Desk Agent in Crowne Plaza Bahrain. We are looking for someone who has the passion to work in hospitality and who will always put the guest at the center of everything he/she does. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible in ensuring a remarkable arrival experience of the guests from the allocation of the room, meeting the guest booking request and seamless check-in procedure. You will also be responsible in making sure that the guest will have an efficient and accurate check-out process.
What we need from you
Qualifications: -Good command of English is a must. Arabic language is an advantage-Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field-At least 1 year experience in same field-Has the passion in delivering true hospitality
