Your day to day

Join us as a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor at Ivy & Jack, a key role in our Food & Beverage Leadership team. Working closely alongside the Venue Manager, you will assist in co-ordinating the day-to-day operations in Ivy & Jack, including but not limited to:

·  Supervising and directing the team on shift
·  Monitoring rosters and completing time sheet approvals
·  Assisting with required training
·  Monitor and ensure adherence to regulations, laws and guidelines
What we need from you

You will be friendly, energetic, be able to work comfortably in a team environment, and have demonstrated experience with leading a small team. You will have a desire to begin to grow your leadership skills and take on responsibility around the day -to-day operation beyong working on the floor.

To be successful in this role you must:

·  Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by possessing the ability to communicate clearly and courteously when interacting with guests
·  Deliver efficient and prompt Food & Beverage service in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
·  Possess a strong attention to detail 
·  Be flexible to work a varied roster including a mix of early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
·  Demonstrated ability to lead a small team is advantageous
·  Hold a WA RSA Certificate
