Holiday Inn Chandigarh Zirakpur, the newest hotel in the Zirakpur city featuring 131 fresh and contemporary rooms. The hotel is strategically located on Chandigarh-Ambala highway connecting Chandigarh city to all famous landmarks on Northern belt. The hotel also offers 22000 sq ft of banquet venue which is ideal for hosting large weddings to social, corporate parties or meetings and exhibitions.
Your day to day
In the absence of a Manager, conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are knownEndeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow upSupervise cash handling and banking proceduresPrepare daily banking and cash flow reportsEstablish and instruct staff in cash security proceduresDeal with irregular paymentsSupervise the maintenance of service equipmentMonitor standards of guest facilities and servicesControl stock and monitor security proceduresAssist with menu and wine list creationSupervise functionsSupervise outlet serviceWorks with Superior on manpower planning and management needs
What we need from you
•Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.•Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
