Your day to day
• To have a complete working knowledge of the Outlet menu, beverage list and any forthcoming special promotions and to take every opportunity to maximize sales in a discreet manner.• Ensure that the service of starters, main course, dessert, coffee and beverages is correct, efficient and that orders are properly executed to the required standards.• Have a good knowledge of all hotel facilities and be able to answer guest questions in a quick, polite and helpful manner.• Welcome and seat the guest then take orders.
What we need from you
• Maintains the departmental area in a safe, hygienic and presentable state at all times.• Demonstrates a working knowledge of fire prevention and to ensure that staff follows the hotel evacuation procedures on hearing the alarm.• Security conscious with respect to guests, colleagues and hotel property/welfare and to report suspicious circumstances to the Manager.
