As Sirocco’s Restaurant & Bar comes to life, we’re looking for candidates that love to work morning and evening shifts, drive excellence through delivering our Restaurant and Bar offerings, whilst your natural flair for customer service and oozing passion for hospitality will enable you to create exceptional guest experiences.

What we need from you

·  Experience in food and beverage – café, restaurant, banqueting
·  Hotel industry experience is preferred but not essential– we’ll teach you our systems during on-boarding
·  Vibrant personality with an oozing passion for customer service
·  Positive energy, drive for results and eye for detail
·  Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication and organisational skills
·  Team player with a collaborative approach to work
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
