Your day to day

Great food and beverage memories come from many places. As a food and beverage attendant in our Cafe Opera Restaurant you will assist with the seamless running of the department by providing an excellent and highly efficient customer service to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include preparing beverages requested by guests using established pouring standards and drink recipes, delivering food and beverage to guests’ rooms, clearing trolleys from rooms and public areas when required and responding to all other guest needs. In this role you are required to have a thorough knowledge of our menus and wine list and a good understanding of how to create bespoke and luxury guest experiences.

What we need from you

You'll be a motivated, outgoing and genuine person who loves to interact with a variety of people and working as part of a team. You'll hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol, be able to work across a 7 day rotating roster and have a passion for exceeding guest expectations. Ideally you'll have at least one year experience in a similar or customer service role in a hotel environment, have the ability to communicate at all levels and have a real passion for ensuring our guests enjoy an effortless stay.
