Your day to day

If you'd like to embrace a wider world of experiences and opportunities, we'd like to welcome you to the world's most international luxury hotel brand as an Administration Assistant.  Reporting to the General Manager, this is a key role providing support and assistance to both the General Manager and from time to time the Resort Manager to enable them to perform with effectiveness and impact – their right hand person!

 

Performing a range of secretarial and administrative duties, your day to day will include;

·  Dealing proactively with all telephone calls, emails and written correspondence; drafting professional correspondence and communication.
·  Assisting with the creation of presentations for resort and industry events and the coordination of projects and operational initiatives.
·  Assisting in the management of Owner communication, including meetings and entertainment.
·  Preparing agendas, attending and taking minutes of Resort meetings.
·  Establishing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including guests.
·  Collaborating across the Resort as required.
·  Managing complex and changing diaries, including, travel, scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings and organising associated and supporting documentation.
·  Organising events and meetings.

As the ideal candidate you will have significant experience as an Administration Assistant or Personal Assistant previously or a similar role in a fast paced, dynamic and complex environment and a proven track record of delivering results. A multi tasker with the drive to explore new ways of working and an open mind around how you support the team to drive the Resorts performance forward will be paramount. You will have strong computer and technological aptitude with the ability to work alongside a team and collaborate with varied stakeholders which is underpinned by professionalism and neutrality.  You must also meet the legal requirements to work in Australia without restrictions and be comfortable working outside of business hours and across weekends and public holidays as required.
