Your day to day
Under the general direction of the Executive Chef or his delegates, The Dim Sum Commis provides kitchen service for guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience in all kitchen departmental jobs according to IHG standards and local policies and procedures. At all times he displays a professional and positive image of the hotel as he plays a crucial role in the first and last impression that guest will have of the hotel.
