Your day to day
As a Bartender working across Two Grey and The Lobby Lounge, you will be working with your team to provide memorable service to your customers by serving an array of top-quality beverages throughout the day.
What we need from you
• Be able to deliver a high level of service that our customers have come to expect• Experience in a busy customer service environment• Cashier skills and experience• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, designated glassware and preparation methods will be held in high regard• Experience preparing cocktails, serving beer, wine and spirits and delivering unrivalled customer service consistently.• Creativity and confidence to bring our drinks menu to the next level• A positive attitude and ability to work proactively and independently• Flexibility to work predominately afternoon and evening rostered shifts• Ability to interact well with guests and have a real passion for hospitality.
