Your day to day

Join us as Assistant Bar Manager in the new glamourous cocktail bar, Idlewild at InterContinental Singapore. We are a close team of like-minded individuals who love spirits, cocktails, and a passion for providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.

What we need from you

For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who:

 

·  has a minimum 2 year experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry
·  has strong cocktail and hospitality management experience
·  is responsible for the level of products and services, guest satisfaction, marketing, operating costs and hygiene
·  to lead and guide the bar service team
·  keeps up to date with industry trends, systems and best practice
·  to create and implement monthly promotions for the bar
·  has great leadership and enjoys coaching and developing team members
