Your day to day

As a Banquet Attendant (part time), you’ll create memorable experience for our guests and prepare and set up for various types of events including conferences, meetings, cocktail parties, weddings and more.

You’ll deliver personalised service to each guest by listening to their needs and delivering great food and beverage to them in a 5-star environment.

 

What we need from you

To be successful in this role you will have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards. Basic understanding of sequence of service across varying dining styles will be a must and experience working within upper scale or luxury venues will be a plus.

You will be physically fit, energetic and friendly with a can-do attitude and following safe work practices and know how to carry out duties in a quick and efficient manner while using your passion for delivering excellent customer service to provide a memorable guest experience.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and you'll have a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate with the availability to work across a seven-day rotating roster.
