Your day to day

·  Go through function BEO and make sure to organise the function room according to BEO
·  Coordinating with chef on requirements of food and beverage for the functions.
·  Coordinating with catering on specific requirement for the function and making sure backdrops and signage are correct.
·  Prepare Misen place for the function or meeting including coffee tea setup.
·  Prepare conference facilitation and amenity for the meetings.
·  Ensure back are is clean and presentable all the time.
·  Linen is up to the mark and cleaned and presentable
·  All maintenance orders to be followed up with engineering
·  Making sure banquet store is clean at all times
·  Updating weekly roster while consulting Banquet manager or Assistant F&B Manager
·  Coordinating with organiser for any last minute requirement’s for the functions
·  Settle the billing for the functions.
·  Taking feedback from the guest on areas of improvement by the hotel operation side.
·  Conducting training for the staff during non-busy times.
·  Ordering store items and making sure they are in adequate amount to run the operation like coffee ,tea
·  Making sure coffee machines are cleaned properly after every operation.
·  Helping Banquet manager and relieving him on his Off days
·  Being flexible on day to day operation and act as per business requirement’s from the company
·  Helping other outlets when banqueting have no functions
·  Reduction of casual cost during non-busy operation.
What we need from you

·  Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management
·  2-3 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
·  Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
·  Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law
·  Must speak local language and English
