We are looking for an organised and logical thinking Recruitment Administrator to join our busy recruitment department based at our head office in Deeside.  This role will be part-time, working 19 hours across the week. 

Your primary focus is the co-ordination and administration of the recruitment process for new store openings. This involves placing adverts, maintaining reports, short-listing candidates and distributing recruitment materials.

As a natural communicator you will be in regular phone contact with stores; supporting the organisation of assessment centres and induction days. You will also respond to a high volume of candidate queries, administer our ‘referral’ process and complete other recruitment related ad-hoc duties as required.

With around 30 new stores planned for 2020/2021, it’s essential that the successful candidate thrives within a fast-paced environment and can complete all tasks within tight timeframes, working on a part-time basis.

·  Can work effectively under pressure and consistent meet deadlines
·  A natural team player and excellent communication skills
·  Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
·  Logical thinker and hardworking with a positive outlook
