Watson Health Digital Sales Rep

Job description
· Develop opportunities until closure of deals in the area of Watson Health IBM offerings, focusing on Digital in the portfolio
· Focus on new acquisitions for small and medium sized Clinical Research Organisations (CRO)
· Opportunity generation through outbound activities as well as leads received by Marketing in the countries covered
· Interlock closely with marketing teams at Geo and Global levels to develop, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns to drive new business
· Occasionally self-generate opportunities through prospecting activities in synch with Marketing and / or other sales channels
· Manage client relation and close deals, working towards your indidual target
· Build relationships with relevant local Healthcare and decision makers to foster the closure of deals, including interaction at C level within client's organisation
· Utilise social media to promote the brand, as well as to engage, interact, and influence your clients
· Accurately input data into CRM tool
· Maintain a level of Certification or badges required for clients in the Healthcare area
· Build your network of contacts both within IBM and your client base, making yourself the "go to" person within your specific area as the subject matter expert

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Experienced seller with proven record of successes in deal management and closures within Healthcare industry
· Experienced in Healthcare Industry in any of the pillars (GHHS, Life Science, Pharma, Providers)
· Understanding of IT and Cloud related products in the European Market
· Excellent client interaction and relationship building skills, track record of successful engagement at C suite level
· Knowledge of legal and business requirements as well as challenges in the Life Science and Healthcare industry, as well as main regulations in EMEA countries.
· A high level of willingness to learn IBM offering and AI capabilities
· Focus on client satisfaction
