Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in creating and leveraging design guidelines / pattern libraries.
• You possess a dynamic portfolio expressing case studies that demonstrate your skills including UI design, branding, user-centred design, visualisations and complex experiences.
• Strong, demonstrated, visual/graphic design practices. Including laser precise attention to detail.
• Experience using industry standard tools such as the Adobe suite, Sketch, Invision and/or other design tools.
• An understanding of interface and user experience design best practices for all screen sizes and devices.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• You have experience designing with accessibility in mind.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Knowledge and understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, React
• Leadership skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience working within an agile methodology
• Experience with facilitating Design Thinking activities
