IBM's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) manages global staffing operations and large recruitment campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.

Employment Branding (EB) is a service of RPO that serves as an in-house creative team that both supports RPO sales and clients, as well as generates its own revenue that ultimately attributes to the overall RPO revenue goals. The Videographer would be responsible for telling the visual story of our client organizations by producing compelling portrayals of their cultural brands. This individual would also assist in the creation of the video projects for marketing initiatives that support and advance Employment Branding business. Video projects would be completed using a multitude of formats including interviews, animations, podcasts, commercials, product simulations, live event streaming and internal branding videos. The Videographer must have experience concepting, storyboarding, filming and editing the final product.

Responsibilities:
·  Assist in the creation and strategy of script writing and storyboards
·  Manage and coordinate shot schedules with clients
·  Travel onsite to meet with and/or record clients, scout shoot locations, and obtain b-roll footage
·  Produce, edit and distribute media content as required per project, which may include photography, motion pictures, motion graphics, animations, audio and music
·  Maintain all equipment in proper working order, including troubleshooting and minor repairs as necessary
·  Manage time and priorities appropriately

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  At least 2 years experience using Adobe Suite or Final Cut
·  At least 2 years experience in pre-production (script writing, storyboards, and shot schedules)
·  At least 3 years experience operating camera equipment including audio and lighting
·  High School Diploma / GED
·  30% Travel Annually
·  Fluency in English
