Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product owners and technical owners to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, user flow and experience
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wire frames, story boards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• A passion for designing innovative digital solutions with emerging technologies.
• 5+ years of proven experience creating delightful and innovative digital experiences.
• Proven UX experience and demonstrable UX design delivery as well as clear process with a strong portfolio
• Excellent user experience / interaction design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Good understanding of Design Thinking and solid experience in creating wire frames, story boards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Systemic and logical thinking, with great passion of self-learning in a specific business domain
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders and solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques and technologies
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent written/spoken communication skills in English
