University relations - working with center University focal points to define key priorities for the year (lectures, workshops, career events, open days) and partnerships with universities in Sofia and the country, extending to critical target high schools ot high school students initiatives and forums, acting as a speaker/facilitator on such events.
Owner of Internship programs for three centers in Sofia.
Learning - this would involve working with centers focal points to ensure a country-wide learning calendar, hosting and facilitating bi-montly sessions with them (and the country Value Service Leader), supporting live classroom trainings (including room booking, kitting, supporting the trainer on site, supporting interested participants with enrollments), popularizing virtual classroom sessions, helping with the organization and facilitation of Leadership Assessment centers in the country and outside (MD002), including acting as SME when needed, supporting the build of learning paths per level and profession (e.g. TL level)
Diversity - acting as focal point for any Diversity areas (women leadership, people with disabilities, work life balance (maternity/paternity policies), LGBT, etc.) - defining the country activity calendar, collecting feedback on potential initiatives/events, working with internal and external (NGOs) stakeholders on events and campaigns,

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
A Bachelor or Master's degree in HR Management, Business, Marketing or Communication.
Strong working knowledge of digital marketing practices across major Social Media channels.
Clear understanding of business priorities, and the ability to apply them in positioning of the employer value proposition with graduates.
Excellent relationship building and collaborative capabilities, with a positive outlook and ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
