Job description

日本アイ・ビー・エム テクニカル・ソリューション株式会社のポジションです。

法人のお客様、個人のお客様を訪問してPC製品を中心とした製品の部品交換などの障害修復作業と、その他のハードウェア製品の保守サービスや導入・運用サービスの支援を行っていただくフィールドサービスエンジニア(技術員)の仕事です。
障害修復作業では、パソコンなどのハードウェア製品の障害対応依頼に対し、コールセンターでは障害内容を切り分け、交換部品をお客様にお送りし、その内容をサービスエンジニアに連携します。
サービスエンジニアは指示された日程・時間帯に合わせてお客様を訪問し、部品交換、障害の修復作業を行います。サービスエンジニアは、コールセンターから対処方法について支援も受けます。
