Technical Architect - UCS

Job description

Experience with UCS Enterprise large environments (experience administering Cisco UCS, including experience installing / provisioning all UCS domain components , including fabric interconnects, chassis, blades,rack server, service profiles, pools, policies, templates, and firmware)
·  Experience administering other UCS product (UCS Central/Performance Manager/UCS Director / Cisco Prime Service Catalog)
·  Work with engineers and project leads to implement new systems, policies, standards and practices.
·  Basic Understanding of network, storage networks, VM environment (Vmware/Hyper-V/Oracle virtualization).
·  Configure and deploy new UCS Domains and add new Chassis and blade and rack server as per to requirement.
·  Must have experience with administering (installing, supporting, maintaining, designing of UCS pods and and racks in Data center.)
·  Experience with UCS PowerShell scripting and UCS manager and UCS Central Power tool.
·  Experience with standardizing server configurations (i.e CPU, RAM, RAID)
·  UCS Infrastructure firmware upgrade and blade bios , patching and backups/Restore of UCS pods,
·  Basic Understanding of Data Center component and compute and storage switch (Cisco MDS).
·  Strong level 3 troubleshooting UCS skill and UCS Operational Validation tasks
