Based in Pakistan, you'll be exposed to all corners of our business and expected to forge deep, collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers around their hiring needs.

You will be equipped with some of the best AI, Sourcing, Market Intelligence and CRM tools on offer, enabling you to stay abreast of the ever-changing hiring trends and market dynamics.

As you play the role of talent advisory, recommending the most appropriate talent attraction & sourcing strategies, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting roles from hybrid Cloud Sellers and Mobile Application Designers, to I.T Consulting Professionals.

Apart from your day-to-day recruiting and talent pipeline building activities, you will also get involved in numerous Talent Acquisition and HR projects within MEA.

We are Looking for:
·  7+ years end-to-end recruitment experience (Agency or Internal).
·  Knowledge of recruiting systems & processes, job posting technology, social media tools / trends and recruiting channels
·  Superior Sourcing skills – LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, Social Media,
·  Experience in recruiting Senior Technical consulting roles
·  Previous experience within the IT industry is required
·  Exposure to recruiting across disciplines at all levels within a complex, matrix environment
·  Exceptional customer service mindset, attention to detail, good prioritization skills
·  Strong commercial acumen and consulting skills with the ability to engage and influence
·  Clear and concise in both oral and written communication
·  An appetite for continuous improvement

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Strong sourcing skills, skilled at partnering hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches
·  Technical recruitment experience is a must
·  Prior experience in a Technology or a consulting company would be a priority
·  Experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
·  Excellent command of the English language
