Job description
Responsibilities:
· Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sourcing from different channels in the external market
· Source candidates for a variety of roles - volume based or senior/niche skills
· Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent and pipeline development for key positions
· Strengthen and develop the IBM employment brand.
· Build candidate pipelines for various roles
· Own sourcing project work as demand increases within the team
· Own the overall candidate experience and make it a core element of your recruitment work
Skills & Experience
· Strong history of direct recruitment experience; combination of corporate and retained executive search, boutique search firm and/or agency experience
· An innovative business and recruitment thought leader with strong analytical acumen
· An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
· Proven stakeholder management skills and have a consultative, solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables.
· Ability to work autonomously within a process oriented environment
· Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment
· A match to our culture - you will be driven and flexible with outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Comfortable with cross functional workload and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves''
· Prior ATS experience (Brassring, Taleo, PageUp) beneficial
· Excel and Word proficiency
