Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  At least 1 year Experience in Active Directory User Provisioning
·  Working knowledge of computer networking
·  Experience with desktop operating systems (i.e., Windows 10)
·  Experience with computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
·  Ability to provide end user support over the phone
·  Demonstrated communication skills to interact with team members, management, and support personnel
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
