*Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Procurement Professional you will be responsible for supporting procurement activities such as business operations, policies and practices, global compliance, client services bid management, supplier contract development and negotiation in support of complex services engagements, and client services geo management. Responsibilities may include interfacing and supporting IBM's country, regional and/or worldwide procurement teams and processes and supporting IBM strategic supply issues. The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.
What you'll do:
· Tracking Open Requisitions and aged open purchase orders and distributing it for buyers to work on resolution.
· Generate and maintain monthly/weekly reports
· Logging and routing of contracts to clients & suppliers.
· Basic understanding of the procurement cycle.
· Ability to multitask

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations Management domain
· Working knowledge of ERP application and transactions
· Prior experience with working across different teams, processes and technologies to attain desired business, operational and compliance results
· Proven communication skills
· Excellent ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form with all levels of project teams, management and business customers
· Ability to determine and execute work flow for purchasing process, collect and review purchasing information, and monitors and apply procedures.
· Experience to develop and maintain strong relationships with departmental personnel, vendors and other customers/client
